Gone are the days when tracking your leads and attributing sales from your international marketing campaigns was a daunting task. Mediahawk provide local and toll free numbers worldwide, enabling you to increase response and improve your marketing ROI.

This is the same market-leading call tracking solution that we already offer, but it has been upgraded so you can track and report on your marketing activity on a global scale. This new service includes international local and toll free numbers from the United States and Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions.

Increase marketing response and conversions

It’s a proven fact that locally targeted campaigns perform 2-3 times better than non-targeted campaigns. So, to grow your business further you need to improve your local targeting in each region. But how do you do that?

One way to establish yourself at a local level is to use local telephone numbers for your website and marketing campaigns. Local consumers identify more with the business ‘around the corner’ than they do with a seemingly faceless organisation that provides a generic contact number that’s both unfamiliar and expensive to call. Providing a local number increases your credibility in the market, and builds a level of trust amongst your target audience. This leads to increases in ad engagement, response rates and conversion rates.

How does it work?

Each visitor to your site sees a unique telephone number. If, for example, you want to track calls in the United States, the visitor will see a US local or toll free telephone number. When your customer dials this number, Mediahawk tracks the source, medium, keyword, and pages viewed in real time.

Offline international advertising can also be managed and attributed with static telephone numbers which are also available worldwide.

Detailed and easy-to-understand reports provide you with granular information on the performance of all your marketing campaigns, including the caller ID, source details such as the ad, keyword, and the landing page that the caller viewed. You can also review caller history, add notes, listen to the calls, and more.

Better insight and call intelligence

We listened to your feedback and concluded that tracking your marketing efforts on a global scale enables you to have a clearer idea of what’s successful on a bigger scale.

A key benefit of including international telephone numbers within our already well established solution is that you are able to view and analyse your entire marketing response in the same place. This gives you much more granular insight into the channels that are driving your traffic and leads – as well as understanding the impact of your offline marketing activities.

In addition, Mediahawk’s current API can be applied to your international efforts, so you can manage and attribute your call data within the reporting platforms that you already use and trust.

Better decisions

Accurately tracking your advertising response internationally enables you to make better decisions about where to invest your marketing budget. Real time performance analysis indicates whether certain marketing channels work better for you, which aren’t working as well as you expect, and where your budget could be better spent. This empowers you to optimise your marketing and advertising quickly: Small tweaks can make an enormous difference in response.

For example, if a PPC advert that you’ve placed in the US is receiving many more telephone calls than your UK advert, you could lower your budget on the UK version and move the remaining budget to the US advert to maximise its potential and drive more leads. Furthermore, as you can see which keywords are generating leads, if you have two examples of the same advert and one isn’t performing particularly well, you can use your keyword data to optimise the advert using a new keyword, and make your advertising more successful.
