Client Services Team leader

This role will lead by example for the rest of the department when it comes to ensuring service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, order processing and agreed department targets. You will assist in identifying and implementing on-going service improvements and new service opportunities through an absolute understanding of the Mediahawk customer base as well as our own business requirements. If you’re an experienced team leader with strong online/technology application skills, and a good understanding of marketing applications and their use, we want to hear from you.

Do you have proven solution selling experience – ideally in a B2B and/or a SaaS environment? Are you looking for a new challenge to deliver real results? We’re looking for two key roles in our growing Sales team. You should have a strong commercial bias and a solid track record of achieving or exceeding your sales targets.

Business Development Manager

You’ll be working on proposition and sales prospecting campaign development, and generating new leads and opportunities within assigned accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, competitive, and achievement orientated sales manager with excellent presentation and negotiation skills to join a dynamic and friendly company.

Partner & Enterprise Sales Manager

In this role, you’ll win, maintain, and expand relationships and revenues with partner (marketing) agencies and enterprise level businesses. You’ll have experience with, and understanding of, marketing agencies or enterprise customers. You will develop our partner offering, and lead the acquisition of new accounts, along with retention and growth of existing accounts.
