Michael is the CEO of Mediahawk, and a leading authority in marketing and telephone analytics. With over 20 years of experience, he helps businesses leverage call tracking and marketing analytics to boost revenue through improved lead capture, tracking, and attribution.
In 2002, he co-founded Mediahawk with Harry Bott after recognising a critical need in the media and publishing sector for marketers to better demonstrate the effectiveness of their campaigns. His expertise in marketing analytics and attribution has empowered countless businesses, including care home groups, automotive manufacturers and retailers, and marketing agencies, to measure and enhance their marketing performance.
Before founding Mediahawk, Michael played a pivotal role in pioneering internet projects during the early days of the web, working with major media organisations. He served as Head of Programmes for Emap, one of the UK’s largest media companies, collaborating with renowned brands such as Elle, Red, Heat, Kiss FM, and Motorcycle News.
