Lawrence is Head of Commercial at Mediahawk, where he leads the commercial function and plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. An experienced commercial leader with a strong background in media, SaaS, and digital marketing, Lawrence specialises in helping organisations turn data, insight, and technology into measurable business outcomes.

As part of Mediahawk’s leadership team, Lawrence works closely with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives with customer needs. He leads a high-performing team focused on delivering strategic guidance, market expertise, and analytical insight that enables organisations to improve marketing performance, enhance customer acquisition, and achieve sustainable growth.

Since joining Mediahawk in 2021, Lawrence has been instrumental in driving commercial success across the business, working collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop insight-led go-to-market strategies that increase product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver long-term value.

Prior to joining Mediahawk, Lawrence held senior commercial roles at Bauer Media, one of the world’s largest privately owned media businesses, where he was responsible for developing and executing digital and print commercial strategies across a diverse portfolio of media brands. Before this, he worked at Clarion Events, leading sales teams across a range of B2B exhibitions and events, launching new sectors, driving revenue growth, and building long-lasting client partnerships.

Lawrence is passionate about sharing industry knowledge and regularly contributes to events, panel discussions, and marketing masterclasses. He has spoken at industry events including BrightonSEO and private marketing forums, where he shares practical insights on commercial growth, attribution, marketing effectiveness, AI in marketing, and customer acquisition.
