1. Only one gift card will be provided per person.
2. Only direct recipients of an email via Mediahawk or a Mediahawk staff member that specifically entitles the named individual to a gift card, plus any entries via Mediahawk’s reporting platform and mediahawk.co.uk is eligible.
3. Only valid and correctly completed entries received will receive a gift card. No spam, malicious entries, etc allowed. Mediahawk’s decision of eligibility is final.
4. A gift card – to eligible persons only – will be provided after the closing date of the survey, and will be notified by email within 30 days.
5. There is no cash alternative and Mediahawk reserve the right to withdraw or alter the gift card, change the value, or replace the reward with an alternative, subject to availability.
6. The Mediahawk gift card reward is available to UK residents only.
7. In the event of any disputes regarding the gift card and eligibility, the decision of Mediahawk is final.
