We’ve been shortlisted for Professional Services Supplier of the Year at the Leaders in Care Awards 2026, run by Care Home Professional and Home Care Insight.
This year’s shortlist spans 25 categories. It recognises care homes, home care providers, and suppliers from across the sector. Judges will announce the winners at a ceremony on 6 October 2026. The event takes place at Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club.
A year of growth in the care sector
We’ve spent the past 12 months deepening our specialism in care. This year, we launched four major product developments, each tackling a specific problem care marketers face.
Our AI-powered Speech Analytics tool shows care teams what callers actually say, not just whether they called. It helps teams spot the concerns and questions families raise most often. Conversion Tracking now builds a fuller picture of every call, form, and chat that turns into a genuine enquiry. The upgraded User Journey feature maps a family’s full path to a decision. A new CareHQ integration pushes inbound enquiries straight into a provider’s CRM in real time. This cuts the risk of a missed follow-up.
We stayed visible across the sector too. Our team spoke at a National Care Forum webinar and presented at the Care England Conference. We also hosted our own Care Seminar in February 2026. And we published the spring 2026 edition of our biannual Care Trends Report. It gives care marketers free benchmarking data on enquiry volumes and channel performance.
Building on previous recognition
This isn’t the first time judges have recognised our work. In 2025, the British Data Awards named us a finalist for Analytics Company of the Year. The UK Business Tech Awards shortlisted us too. A care sector-specific award adds another layer of validation. This time, a panel judged us on our direct impact on care providers and the families they support.
