Sales Manager
This role requires strong ambition and a drive to consistently outperform targets. The Sales Manager will lead new business, channel growth, client relationships, and revenue generation across key sectors.
You will own the sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and build strategic partnerships that drive measurable growth. Working closely with marketing, customer success, product, and leadership teams, you’ll identify opportunities, strengthen sales performance, and support market expansion and client retention to deliver sustained commercial success.

Responsibilities
Sales and revenue growth
- Drive new business revenue and support customer retention initiatives.
- Develop and manage opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Identify, nurture, and close high-value opportunities.
- Support the execution of the company’s commercial strategy.
- Monitor market activity and identify commercial opportunities.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insight, and recommendations to support business growth & product
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
- Identify revenue gaps and support initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Sales management
- Deliver against individual and team sales targets.
- Create and present compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Accurately forecast sales performance based on pipeline activity and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting processes.
- Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
- Share client feedback and market insight with product and leadership teams.
- Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Refine sales approaches and targeting strategies based on business needs and market trends.
Partner and channel development
- Support the growth of the partner and channel network.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with strategic partners.
- Help identify scalable partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to sector growth plans and commercial initiatives.
Leadership and collaboration
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, customer success, and product.
- Contribute positively to the wider business objectives.
- Support junior team members where appropriate and encourage a high-performance sales culture.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within Media, Cloud, Software, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Marketing Analytics sectors.
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, including ABM.
- Strong track record of winning and growing client accounts.
- Experience selling consultative or solution-based services.
- Experience managing team members
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong professional network.
- Experience working with channel or partner sales
