Colin Hudson: Head of Operations

Colin HudsonWith over 30 years in the technology sector and ten years in marketing analytics and call tracking, Colin brings a wealth of experience to the table. As Head of Operations, he’s the ultimate champion for our clients, ensuring that everyone receives first class advice, service, and support to help them achieve their goals. Outside of work, you’ll find Colin exploring the depths of the ocean on one of his diving adventures.

Natalie is the driving force behind our Client Excellence Programme. With a strong background looking after customers, Natalie ensures our clients are getting the most out of Mediahawk to understand their customer journey, improve ROI, and make every marketing pound count. Her dedication to our clients is legendary, having been with Mediahawk since 2012. Beyond work, Natalie loves travelling, following football (she’s a Spurs fan), and swimming.

It even shows your average time to convert. I am also really enjoying our new Speech Analytics dashboard giving you detailed insight to what is happening on every single call.”

Crystal Parris: Client Services Team Manager

Crystal Parris, Client Services Team Manager, Mediahawk.Crystal’s focus is identifying and implementing on-going service improvements and new service opportunities for Mediahawk’s client base. With over 15 years’ experience in SaaS customer success roles, she’s covered social media analytics, property technology (proptech), and marketing analytics, where she’s seeing a growing demand for data-driven insight. Outside of work, Crystal writes fiction, creates audio plays, and dabbles in amateur voice acting.

Joshua Scott, Joshua Scott – Client Success Executive, Mediahawk.Josh brings a unique perspective to our client success team, thanks to his degree in Philosophy and Journalism.  He transitioned from a career in insurance to join Mediahawk and help clients align their marketing strategies with their objectives. Josh’s hobbies include hiking, baking, and the exciting world of Magic the Gathering.

In her free time, Samantha designs and creates greeting cards for a craft supply company and enjoys travelling.

Amber Jarvis Brown: Senior Client Services Consultant

Amber Jarvis-Brown, Senior Client Services Consultant, Mediahawk.Amber is dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, bringing her previous experience with almost 10 years of customer service and previous senior experience working in a call centres. In her free time Amber enjoys dining out, live music events and attending the theatre as regularly as she can.

Georgia Meredith: Client Services Administrator

Georgia ensures a smooth onboarding experience, providing high-level service and support, from managing queries to setting up accounts and assisting via live chat. With qualifications in marketing, she spent four years in B2B marketing before moving into beauty, where she honed her customer service skills. Her experience spans FMCG, fitness, photography, and videography, giving her a strong background in customer service and marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball for her social league team, the Pink Panthers, staying active, visiting cosy cafés, indulging in beauty self-care, and gaming.
