Colin Hudson – Head of Client Services

With over 30 years in the technology sector and eight years (and counting) in marketing analytics and call tracking, Colin brings a wealth of experience to the table. As Head of Client Services, he’s the ultimate champion for our clients, ensuring that everyone receives first class advice, service, and support to help them achieve their goals. Outside of work, you’ll find Colin exploring the depths of the ocean on one of his diving adventures.

Natalie Sawford Smith – Client Success Manager

Natalie is the driving force behind our Client Excellence Programme. With a strong background looking after customers, Natalie ensures our clients are getting the most out of Mediahawk to understand their customer journey, improve ROI, and make every marketing pound count. Her dedication to our clients is legendary, having been with Mediahawk since 2012. Beyond work, Natalie loves travelling, following football (she’s a Spurs fan), and swimming.

Rachel Hamilton – Client Services Team Leader

Rachel leads our Client Services team with a passion for problem-solving. With over 10 years in client services and a background in account management, she’s the go-to person for any questions about the Mediahawk platform. Outside the office, Rachel unleashes her creative side through crochet, art, and design.

Amber Jarvis Brown – Senior Client Services Consultant

Amber is the newest addition to Mediahawk, and has quickly become an integral part of the team. She’s dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, bringing her previous experience in customer service, furniture, and finance to the table. In her free time, Amber loves dining out and spending quality time with friends and family.

Joshua Scott – Client Success Executive

Josh brings a unique perspective to our client success team, thanks to his degree in Philosophy and Journalism.  He transitioned from a career in insurance to join Mediahawk and help clients align their marketing strategies with their objectives. Josh’s hobbies include hiking, baking, and the exciting world of Magic the Gathering.

Sidney Mancer – Client Services Consultant

Sidney is our multi-talented consultant who handles anything from customer enquiries to platform integrations, and everything in between. His diverse career spans appliances, flooring, retail, and landscape gardening. When Sid isn’t working, he’s cooking up new recipes (his salted caramel brownies are to die for), collecting records, and going to concerts and jazz clubs.
