Call Queuing is now live!

Call queuing has just been launched. If you have peak calling periods when your customers are reaching the engaged tone, you need to try call queuing to keep your callers from hanging up and calling someone else. Call queuing will allow your business to increase the number of telephone calls that come through by placing callers in a queue. Whilst in the queue, the caller will be exposed to your brand messages and given a clear idea of how long they will be in the queue.
