Call Queuing


Call queuing is live. If you have peak calling periods when your customers are reaching the engaged tone, call queuing will keep your callers from hanging up and calling someone else.

Call queuing allows your business to increase the number of telephone calls that come through by placing callers in a queue. Whilst in the queue, the caller will be exposed to your brand messages and given a clear idea of how long they will be in the queue.
