Hayley is a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

At Mediahawk, she oversees all digital marketing activity, including implementing paid advertising strategies for Google Ads that lead to more effective advertising placements and improved ROI, third-party advertising, creating a wide range of digital assets, including graphics, print ads, landing pages, digital banners, and animated videos, and the management of analytic platforms to optimise marketing performance and decision-making.

Prior to joining Mediahawk, Hayley was the Digital Marketing Manager at SAI Global, where she played a key role in supporting the global strategy by managing digital campaigns across email, social media, and advertising channels. Her responsibilities included maintaining and optimising regional websites to enhance customer experience and drive conversions, successfully increasing brand visibility and lead generation.

Before SAI Global, Hayley was Marketing Manager for the UK and Middle East at Trimble. In this role she developed and executed regional marketing plans, managed lead pools, and optimised nurture workflows to achieve both business and personal targets, highlighting her ability to drive successful marketing strategies across diverse regions while managing high-performing teams.

With a solid background in digital strategy and campaign management, Hayley is dedicated to pushing Mediahawk’s digital efforts forward. Her deep understanding of digital marketing and performance optimisation really shines through.
