Faye Thomassen

Faye is Head of Marketing at Mediahawk, and an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand development.

As an integral member of the leadership team at Mediahawk, Faye oversees the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives. These include channel development, brand building, and creating and launching software as a service (SaaS) products and features that meet and exceed customer needs and business objectives.

Prior to joining Mediahawk, Faye was Head of Marketing at the Association for Project Management (APM), where she spearheaded innovative marketing and customer experience strategies. She also contributed to the strategic direction of the organisation as a key member of APM’s leadership team.

Faye also held the role of Head of Digital at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), where she led the digital transformation efforts. Her work included crafting strategies for digital channels, marketing, product development, and online customer experience, to successfully increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and build a stronger brand presence.
