As a marketer, one of your priorities is ensuring that you drive leads whilst keeping costs down to a minimum. However, in today’s world, one of the problems that you face is having to deal with a lot of data – some of which is irrelevant to you – and that takes time to sift through.
To help you, we’ve introduced a number of dashboards in Mediahawk. This means that you can view important information at a glance.
The benefits of a dashboard
The dashboards display two types of information; the first is headline data. The headline data is a simple way of seeing really quickly what is working and what isn’t:
The next piece of information that is available on the dashboard are the top five lists. These lists show the best performing areas of marketing:
With these pieces of information it enables you to log into Mediahawk and immediately see what is working and what isn’t working in your marketing efforts.
An extra benefit to Mediahawk’s dashboard is that it can be customised on a user by user basis. This allows you to see the information that is specific to you. Should your needs change, it’s really simple to change this information.
How to customise the Mediahawk dashboard
To set up or change the data you are viewing in the Mediahawk system, log into Mediahawk and click on ‘My Account > My Account Settings‘, then scroll down to ‘Overview Settings‘. Here you’ll find four tabs – one for each dashboard. Click on the name of the dashboard you would like to amend the settings on:
To add new data, click on the item(s) you would like to add, and then click ‘Add’. To remove from the options you have previously selected, click on the ones which you wish to remove, then click ‘Remove’. You can also amend the order in which they appear by using the ‘Up’ and ‘Down’ buttons.
Once these changes have been made, simply click save, go back to your dashboard and the new selections will now appear.
Being able to customise the dashboard easily and quickly enables you to see the figures you need straight away – without having to click through lots of screens to find those couple of figures which are required for your reports. Having this data at your fingertips allows you to concentrate on the marketing that you know works.
