| Mediahawk has a recently refurbished boardroom that is now available to hire on a daily or half daily basis. The boardroom at Mediahawk, based just outside Olney in Buckinghamshire is extremely well located for travel with fast access from the M1 junction 14 (about 15 minutes). Whether you are holding your annual board meeting, entertaining clients or conducting a training session, the boardroom is well located and has excellent facilities. Seating 12 -14 around a large boardroom table, it also offers internet access, a plasma screen for presentations (with use of a laptop if needed) as well as toilet facilities, parking and the opportunity to have your meeting catered with prior arrangement.
If you have recently downsized or simply don’t have the space or privacy to entertain clients or hold meetings, the boardroom could be the perfect solution. At Mediahawk we use the boardroom on a fairly regular basis but have room for other businesses to share the space at a reasonable price for the location and facilities on offer. The boardroom is bookable in advance for a whole day or half day, opening up at 8.30am and closing at 5.30pm but because we are on site, a later stay or earlier start could be arranged. We have designed a website to promote the services on offer and give details of price and facilities. You will notice from the photographs that the room is not branded at all so you can brand it if you are entertaining clients with pictures, notepads and cups etc. Refreshments can be ordered with prior arrangement, tea and coffee making facilities are available and a cold buffet can be ordered for your visit if you let us know your requirements in advance. Local businesses can be well catered for without venturing too far for meetings and being located in a countryside setting the venue is pleasantly situated for any type of event.
