August 2007 Customer Survey Results!!

At Mediahawk we like to listen to what our customers have to say so we recently surveyed all our users which are some 800. To see what they thought of our system and general experience of using Mediahawk here are those important results

• 97% would recommend our service
  
• 93% of customers are happy with the overall quality of work performed by us.
• 93% were happy with the level of knowledge and expertise provided by the Mediahawk team members.
• 85% of response were either satisfied or very satisfied with the extent to which our services increased their organisation's skills, knowledge and/or systems
