Mediahawk Customer Survey 2008
We recently surveyed over 1000 customers asking them about our customer
service and 97.9% said they would recommend our services to another
organisation. We annually survey our customers to find out how we can
improve our services and if they are happy with our products and
customer service levels.
The overall quality of our work was scored at 93.7% and our
communication skills got a score of 87.3% so all in all we are very
happy with the fact that our customers seem to be pleased with the
products we supply as well as the service we offer. The nature of our
business is such that once the product is being used by our customers
the levels of interaction remain high to ensure that the service is
being used to fully benefit the client.

We would like to thank all the customers that took part in the survey as
we feel it is so important for them to have the opportunity to comment
on how we are doing as a business. There is always room for improvement
and we take all the comments and suggestions on board to enable us to
move forward as a business and continue to offer essential products and
services.
