Or
b) Select Phone Stats and uncheck All Visits under the Advanced Segments which will show Phone only.

3. Filtering Stats.

You can filter out the phone stats in analytics as well as being able to see phone stats alongside all other stats. To do so you need to create an advanced segment as follows:

a) My Customisations (left side of page) > Advanced Segments > Create new customised segment.
b) Under Dimensions box click Traffic Sources > find the source you need to filter in this case Medium > drag and place in the 'dimension or metric box' > this then brings up two other boxes leave as 'matches exactly' > Choose the value Phone.
c) Name your segment i.e. Phone Stats > Create Segment.

When you now view the reporting you have the option to either filter phone stats out completely or alongside the other Analytics stats by clicking on Advanced Segments – All Visits (Top right corner of page as below)

Advanced Segments

This shows a selection of default segments and customised segments > select ‘All Visits’ and your customised segment i.e. 'Phone Stats' > Apply > Report then shows stats separately.
