Add or make changes to destination numbers
This new feature will be particularly useful for users that make regular changes to campaigns and therefore need to alter destination numbers. Connect will enable call tracking users to change their own numbers and set up new routing plans that will enable them manage their calls more efficiently. Sometimes changes to destination numbers are required at very short notice, Mediahawk Connect will enable users to manage their connections instantly.
IVR Set up and Management
IVR’s are a great way to manage large volumes of calls coming from advertising campaigns that require specific destination numbers. If all your calls are currently being routed to a main switchboard, you may find that some are getting lost or reaching the engaged tone. This scenario can be easily managed by setting up an IVR through Mediahawk Connect.
