Free Trial Terms and Conditions

By filling out the online form you agree to take part in a free trial of the Mediahawk Response Monitoring product. The following points outline the terms and conditions of the free trial that are over and above Mediahawk's standard terms and conditions:-

1. Trial Duration

The duration of each free trial will run for exactly six weeks from the date of set-up. Each trial should be live within three working days of the form being received. You will be advised of the start and end date of the trial upon signing up.

2. Destination Numbers

Destination numbers must be UK landlines and cannot be mobile or 08 prefixed telephone numbers.

3. End of the trial

At the end of the free trial period you may purchase Mediahawk reporting and continue to use the numbers provided, or you may turn the numbers off with no purchase required.

4. Testing

Although Mediahawk carry our testing of all new numbers, it is essential that you test any numbers that have been applied to marketing material before items go live. Mediahawk cannot be held responsible for incorrect numbers being placed on advertising.

5. Security

You will be given login details to access your reporting account upon signing up to the trial. The username and password is secure and cannot be used by anyone other than administrators at Mediahawk to access your account.

6. Other Offers

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. Eligibility

This offer is open to new customers only.

8. Restrictions

Only one trial per company can be set up for the duration of the offer.

9. Notification

You must inform staff and customers that calls may be recorded - a simple message on your website will suffice.

10. Call Charges

Call charges may apply to outbound call recording trials if calls are made to mobiles or 08 telephone numbers.  For a list of call charges, click here.
